Réserve de la Dîme (barrels)
Produced only if conditions are suitable, this reserve wine began with the 2003 vintage. The Malbec and Diolinoir blend gives a fine, rich and elegant wine with sherry tannins, which will round with age. For this combination to express itself and open up before being bottled, our Réserve de la Dîme is aged for 14 months in a barrel then blended in a vat for several months. It accompanies red meat, spicy dishes and cheese. Decant into a jug and let it sit for 45 minutes at 16-18 degrees.
