ChanteMarc, a grape marc brandy, is distilled with fresh material, selected directly from the press after the grape pressing cycle. The brandy is stored for 8 years in oak barrels, allowing it to develop golden nuances and woody notes, with a bouquet of warm spices.

The Divico grape is produced organically, on clay soil. Based on a natural merge of the Gamaret and Bronner grapes, Divico is the first variety of grape which resists the main vine diseases.
The resulting wine is structured and powerful, intense in color with purplish reflections. The flavor is characterized as fruity, with notes of floral and spices.
The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months, resulting in the roundness and aromatic complexity.

A fine brandy made from old vintages of sectioned and distilled wine left to rest in an oak barrel for 10 years. Its amber colour and candied fruit, vanilla and caramel aromas accompany you at the end of a meal.

Grape marc spirit is aged in an oak barrel for eight years to obtain a more complex character and fragrances. The barrel gives it golden, straw-coloured nuances.

Produced only if conditions are suitable, this reserve wine began with the 2003 vintage. The Malbec and Diolinoir blend gives a fine, rich and elegant wine with sherry tannins, which will round with age. For this combination to express itself and open up before being bottled, our Réserve de la Dîme is aged for 14 months in a barrel then blended in a vat for several months. It accompanies red meat, spicy dishes and cheese. Decant into a jug and let it sit for 45 minutes at 16-18 degrees.

The Gamaret is cultivated with respect for nature and is produced on rather gravelly soils. Created in the 1970s, Gamaret is the result of a natural blend of Gamay and Reichensteiner. Intensely coloured with a purplish tint, it is associated with a scent of wild fruits, enhanced with spicy notes. It is matured in oak barrels for two months to give it roundness and aromatic complexities.

Merlot Grand Cru 75cl and 2020-21 (barrels)
The Merlot is cultivated with respect for nature and is produced on rather gravelly soils. This typical Bordeaux grape variety has been grown in Switzerland (Ticino) since 1907. We found a favourable microclimate for it on the soil of Tartegnin. To draw out its full potential, we limit its production to 600g/m2, then ageing in oak barrels for 20 months gives it suppleness and a great aromatic complexity with fine, silky tannins.
